Shipping & Returns

Carriage and Packing Charges

UK Mainland orders only - Sorry we do not ship outside the mainland UK at the present time. However, we do send to some of the islands by arrangement so please contact us to enquire about postal options. Our post and packing charges are £10.00 for the first item and  an extra £2.00 per item thereafter. Occasionally, we may despatch some items separately, if you do not receive all your order in one shipment please don't panic - another will be on its' way at no further charge.

Returns and Refunds

1. We pride ourselves on our customer service and provide an efficient polite professional service. If in the rare event there is a problem with your order please contact us as soon a possible and we will be happy to help.

2. We will refund or replace, at no extra cost, any product which has been damaged in transit, providing you notify us by within 7 days from receipt of goods. Please do not return any goods until you have received a returns number from us, and please ensure that you retain proof sending or despatch by a recorded /signed for method. See general returns info below.

3. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 7 days and we will arrange a full refund. We do ask that you return the goods to us, in the original packing, and obtain proof of sending or despatch by a recorded /signed for method. Please note that we cannot refund postage, packing, insurance or delivery charges. See general returns info below.

General Returns Info

To return an item, for any reason, you are required to contact us to request a returns number. Please contact us by email or telephone with full information regarding the reasons for your return to assist us when your item(s) are received. Any return received omitting this number may not be processed or accepted. Returns must be sent in their original condition and packaging to Return Number (as issued by our return department), Tree Shop Garden Centre, Clachan, Cairndow, Argyll, PA26 8BL. Please include inside the packaging with your return: the returns number, your name, address and your reference/invoice No. from the paperwork that accompanied your order. Also advise whether you require a refund or a replacement. Where applicable, refunds will be credited to the account/card/paypal account that you used to originally pay for the order. Replacements will be sent immediately unless there is a stock problem, whereby you will be notified and given the choice of another replacement or refund.

It is important that when you accept delivery of an item that you are unable to check at time of delivery, you sign for the item(s) as unexamined otherwise the courier will not accept responsibility.
