PRICES

All prices on this site are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT. Unless indicated to the contrary, prices shown are per individual item.

 

DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES

Orders will be despatched as soon as possible but no longer than 17 working days from receipt of payment. Delivery times may be extended during holiday times and peak periods, particularly when pre-orders are available for products. Despatch of orders containing live plants may be deferred if we consider forecast weather conditions may not be suitable for plants in transit. Subject to the availability of products, orders will be despatched in order of receipt, credit cards will be charged at time of ordering to secure orders. Delivery charges will vary according to contents of the order. Please note - to avoid delaying your order, we will amend incorrect delivery options selected unless advised otherwise. Charges on credit card statements will appear as Tree Shop Garden Centre.

 

DESPATCH POLICY AND BACK ORDERS

When your order is placed and payment received, Tree Shop Garden Centre will promptly send to you all items currently in stock. If any item you order is out of stock or permanently unavailable, we will contact you to discuss whether you would like an alternative selection, a credit note or refund on the item.

 

ERRORS, OMISSIONS & AVAILABILITY

Due to the dynamic nature of garden products and living plants in particular, though we make reasonable effort to ensure listed stock is available in the form described and at the indicated price, we reserve the right to amend or decline orders where we find the website content to be inaccurate or out of date at the time of processing orders. If the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged we will immediately refund your purchase if you do not wish to proceed with your order due to an error or omission on our part.

 

IMAGES

While we take great care in the realistic representation of our images, many variables such as climatic conditions and natural variation may effect the precise appearance of each variety. Generally images used on this website are of mature specimens whilst supplied stock may be dormant or juvenile plants that will develop with time. The images are intended as a guide only.

 

GUARANTEE

At Tree Shop Garden Centre you can make a purchase with confidence. Any items that do not grow within 12 months will be replaced, credited to your account or fully refunded. In case of adverse weathers outwith our control, we will discuss the best option with you.
